Hey great minds do think alike – we are also having the lobster mac but I am going to use a mezze maniche instead of elbows -and the truffled mashed potatoes will be the first time I am serving these at turkey day (we have them often otherwise) – we are going with a coconut panna cotta or a coconut cheese cake to go along with a traditional pumpkin pie (havent done normal pie in years) a bisque of butternut squash and lobster boullion instead of the oyster chowder we usually do – I like your ginger graham crust – and boy oh boy would I love to have some foie gras – Imagine the pot luck we could have!

foie gras? now that ‘s what I call living it up for Thanksgiving! Welcome on my table any old day, but especially on that day! Great menu!
