Well done! It’s great that you talk about the differences in sausage….fresh vs. cured vs. dried, etc. I don’t think people know enough about the simple changes they can make to improve the quality – and healthfulness – of what they eat! More! Please?

Love this! BB is right, great job explaining- do a lesson on bay leaves, about what it exactly adds as far as flavor…I get that question all the time.
