Chocolate Molten Cakes

Simply chocolate. Sometime you simply need chocolate. These are amazingly light on the palate but with a deep dense chocolate flavor due to the high percentage cacao chocolate used. It is chocolate, ’nuff said.

I still remember the first time I had one (in Paris, twenty years ago or so, when it was offered in every bistrot and called fondant au chocolat); then it exploded in the States. Well, after chocolate mousse, this is my favorite way to indulge my chocoholic nature/ this one looks top of the line.
